Updates? - 19-07-2007, 12:46 PM

Any updates in this issue?

Frankly spoken: If there is not Development in time, I'm going to drop eSupport regardless of the license cost!

Rather I stick to WHMCS (which also has a Ticket system) than waiting for ever.
Maybe it' much simpler to import Tickets from eSupport to WHMCS

I am sorry for the delay. This is a project we are continuing to work on, but currently we are giving more attention to our bug list before adding more functionality. Following the release of our next stable build (within a couple of weeks), we can recommence adding functionality etc.

I am sure you will agree that our priorities are correct and for the better

Totally agree Jamie. Bugs before features.

Why can't Kayako just create a kayako-driven thing for whmcs.
Your support system is far superior (or so I had hoped)... so.. make it worthwhile..

I have said earlier in this thread that we have not been working on the WHMCS integration project while we focused on bug fixing for the 3.11.00 release - we've been entirely honest in this respect.

Work on the integration is now recommencing.

This company needs a new project manager.
You need to keep up with the ever-growing market and its demands.
You will lose customer for inability to meet these.

There needs to be a team to fix and a team to develop.
Your software is too pricey to halt production.

You have to remember this is a USER-STARTED project, not Kayako started.

I would rather they fixed bugs before features to be honest and I am sure many would agree with me.

We'd be very interested in seeing Kayako/WHMCS integration, this would be a VERY useful feature.

We have contacted WHMCS asking for a developer's license and awaiting their reply.
