I apologize for sounding so pessimistic, but i have been misled by kayako staff members more times than i can remember. It is a requirement that my company uses kayako, so I really dont have a choice in who/what i use for my helpdesk. I just find it to be a huge pain to manage a helpdesk and a billing solution. The client side integration is pretty easy and i am not worried about that. i am more worried about the admin side of things and being able to easily access client data that is stored in the billings system, but needs to be available from the helpdesk area as well. | |

This thread has deviated far from it's original purpose, which was to track progress with the WHMCS integration project. A lot of discussion and speculation that does not belong in this thread has been posted, so I am going to lock the topic and move important and relevant posts out into a new thread.
