Hello, I have looked in templates, themes etc. Here's my problem:
Even with manage ticket permission on, if I don't show "tickets tab" on the upper menu - my staff don't have permissions to even open a ticket. So, is there any way to "dumb down" this menu? I just want them to log in, and have a list of thier open tickets, and be able to add notes and replies. That's it -I'd love for all the other options to dissappear, as right now it just gets confusing for new hires. Any help appreciated! Thanks!
