modifying from in new ticket via Staff CP - 07-08-2008, 04:45 PM

Is it possible to modify the "from" value when creating a new e-mail ticket vai the Staff CP interface?
When we create a ticket the "from" value has a pulldown menu with only own addresses. Is it possible to change this into a blank field where we can enter the name of the client (just like user e-mail address field)?

The standard desk cannot do this. I worry that this modification might lead to abuse by spammers.

I would like to have this option only available via the staff interface. So if a staff member makes a new ticket on behalf of a client.
I do not want this option in the client interface.
