I have to admit that I am not or know nothing about programing, so you will have to excuse me if I ask a stupid question. I am currently setting up a new website which is runing php Pro Bid, and I am wanting Kayako to be intergrated with it. As the website has not currently been launched, I think that I am best to get things sorted before the launch and then won't have to migrate users.

First of all I want as part of the registration process for my site to also create an account in Kayako with the same username and password, so it must also be able check if username exists in either database etc. Not sure if it is possible that when password is changed it updates both databases? So to do this I would need to know what fields and processes are required when creating an account in Kayako, also the names of tables etc that are used.

I would also like for the user to be automatically logged in to Kayako as well when they log in to my site.

Is there anything else that I need to think about????
