New integration method

Soft Air announces this new Support Suite integration method:

For sites with upper, lower and side nav bars that require Support Suite integration, iframe is basically a good way to achieve integration, however, when deploying large KB articles or some other type of large contents, an iframe scroll bar will also be created.

For those demanding consumers that don't want an iframe scroll bar on their Support Suite, we have come up with a full upper, lower and left nav bars integration, your site will never display iframe scroll bars at all.

Here is an example of this, on this first example the Support Center has been integrated to the template without using frames or iframes, Support Suite has completely been integrated to the template. The live chat buttom has been changed and is now part of the template (upper right)



Notice on the screen shot below how when the contents get real long, the template continues all the way down, no scroll bars:

We are interested in integrating one of oru esupport satellite helpdesks into x-cart.
