New Pay per ticket system

Hello, We are starting a new Pay Per Ticket professional development for e-support V3. We would like to invite everyone to send us emails with Features Requests so we can build the Pay Per Ticket system based on the V3 e-support users needs:

We hope that with all of the input received here, We can build a Pay Per Ticket system that fills everyone's needs.

What a horrible looking website. You guys should really do something about it. Looks like something that a sitebuilder created.

Mike, just wondering why you keep attacking these guys and us too? Why don't you let us take a look at your website, so we can all get some pointers?

Likewise, I think this would be an awesome feature to have! Since I charge my clients for support on a per-incident basis, it would be ideal to be able to flag/track support incidents in eSupport to count against their balance.
