Once filesize has been exceeded?

Hi there,

Just wondering when the file attachment that is being uploaded (on the client side) has exceeded the max filesize, all that happens is the ticket continuies and the file IS NOT uploaded, which is fine, but how does the customer know? has anyone made a modification and willing to share on how to give the customer an error message?

I do not believe any such mod is available. I guess you will have to reply the client with attachment not attached. In most cases support desk mentions the maximum limit for the attachment file size which you too can specify by editing the submitticket template. I guess that would be a possible solution to your query.
