Hi all,
We would like to integrate paid/priority support, using Kayako's live chat feature, while leaving standard ticketing free. The idea is that customers could use all of our support features for free, but if they want to use live chat, they would be prompted for payment.
Does anyone have any recommendations how we would go about doing this? I've seen a couple third-party apps, but they seem to offer comprehensive paid support, rather than support limited exclusively to the live chat function.
Following from this, is there a way to limit live chat to a separate group of registered live chat users (who we would charge externally for the registration)?
