We have noticed that when sites offer Live Support, there is a tendency for user to abuse the system by keeping reps. busy by asking unimportant or not related issues. We have just started development of a Module called "Pay per Live Support" in which visitors and users can always chat for free with sales or other selected dpts, but in order to get live chat access to Support, they will need to submit a password good for X live support sessions. Admin and Staff will have a way to manage remaining sessions for a particular password. Please let us know if you like this idea and if you have any feature requests for this.
