| Please help: Want to get average Response Time -

Hi Friends,
I am very new to this Kayako Forum. In reports section of this support suite I need to add a new report. I need to be able to generate reports on a monthly basis of the average length of time it takes for us to respond to ticket requests.
I also want to put the thing that time should be taken only in our business days means from Monday to Friday. I mean if someone posts a message at 10:00 pm on a Friday night, and its not asnwered till 08:30 am on Monday, that will extend the average time so I want to include this option in my report.
Can anyone help me in this regard..
