populating users table when submitting a support ticket

We need to cause loginapi_moduleid, loginapi_userid and languageid
within the users table to be populated when submitting a support ticket.

Does anyone know which php page contains the query which populates users and usersemails when submitting a ticket. We can then ammend it as required

includes/functions_template.php
includes/functions_users.php
includes/LoginShare/modernbill.login.php
