| Push to Chatter ID in Live Support Client -

We are looking to pass data from a user authenticated on our site to the Chatter ID in the live support tool. The idea is that we have agents that handle specific users so allowing the agent to see the user on the site before they request help is useful to our business model.
Any insight on this, past successes or failures would be helpful. For the sake of disclosure, we primarily use java via tomcat container to a postgreSQL backend. |
