Reference to a custom type Custom Field.

Hello everyone,

I would like to know with anyone happen to know what is the reference used by system to store custom type variables.
What I mean is the following:
I have created an custom field to be shown in the Ticket Submit.
Ok. All done and working perfectly,

But how can I make reference to the value returned in the Ticket Submit in the Ticket Confirmation?

To put a face to the problem:
the custom field id is: fulldate
I´ve tried everything to put the fulldate in the Ticket Confirmation, but without any success.

Anyone has ever done this?
