reflect custom field on login page

I need to reflect the value for one of the custom fields on the end user login page.
I can`t find any code template for custom fields to get the custom field variable and reflect it on account name template to appear on login page.
anyone can help?

Is that field saved in the Kayako database or it is saved externally?
