restrict access to LiveSupport - 09-03-2009, 03:31 PM

hi everyone,

i am trying to implement a way to restrict access to LiveSupport based on user permissions.

more precisely a user can acces livesupport only if it's logged in and only if have purchased (via TicketPay) a certain type of support plan.

checking the features that kayako and ticketpay implement i have not found any way to do this so my last option is to modify kayako.

any ideeas, any suggestions ?

I suppose you can share this with TicketPay developers who would be able to provide you with a feasible solution as only they would know how they have tied us user groups with plans.
