Retrieving variables from GET in templates - 23-06-2008, 03:24 AM

I need to automatically include certain data in hidden custom fields for when a visitor submits a support ticket. Specifically I need to transfer along the ID of the previous item page viewed on our site because so many visitors don't include enough description of the item they are interested in when they send a support ticket. Therefore we have to send another response back asking for a clearer description of the item they are asking a question about.

Any ideas how to do this?
