Has anyone made a mod to import Kayako tickets into another System? We're looking to automate the process to get our tickets into Salesforce.com. |

No, you misunderstand. We don't use Salesforce's ticketing software, its horrible. We use Kayako and will continue to do so. My company uses Salesforce as its CRM. We need to integrate the two. |

Before my reply didn't check to see how old this post was, but just wanted to see if there has been any progress made to this integration. I would like to be able to associate a ticket in Kayako with a Lead/Contact/Account in Salesforce. |
