Simple Contact Us Page to Create Ticket?

Hi,

I tried the search but no luck yet.

I need a simple contact us page for an online store that sends the email to kayako or that creates a new ticket. Both are hosted in the same server.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hiren (owner of SupportSkins) did this for one of his clients. See Contact Us

Maybe look at the source code for that and adjust to your install.

Its a pretty simple HTML form with some validation codes. Just make sure you set the form to send the results to an email which is piped into Kayako.

Oh right, it emails it then Kayako pipes it in. I assumed it was submitting it as a form into Kayako.

Just out of curiosity, how many people run an email server (So that you may pipe emails) and a webserver together?

All my mail is handled by FuseMail Email Hosting: Business Email Hosting Solutions (pointed mx) seporate from web server.

can we use email not the same domain which is registered with out license?

I sent you an email to you'r sales email I found on your webpage to see if you can quote me a similar page to the one graigbass showed me before.
