| SQL Query to calculate Average Staff Response time -
08-04-2009, 12:25 PM
I am fairly proficient in SQL, so if someone could get me started, I could probably work out the details, but here is what I am looking for:
On the front of vbulletin.com, there is a box in the left hand sidebar that says:
Average Response Time
(last 30 support issues)
0 hr : 25 min
then they put their disclaimer.
I'd like to be able to generate something like this from my eSupport database.
Can someone get me started? What tables to look at? What columns? How to decode an encoded php datetime field?
Thanks for any assistance!
-Joe
PS. If it matters, I am currently on 3.20.02 but will be upgrading to 3.50 within a week or two.
