I am not so hot when it comes to MYSQL querys could some one help me write a query to get the response time and also to show how long a support case stays open eg until its closed I am trying to get this in minutes at the moment I keep getting a funny time format I will try and post up my current query a little later to show you how I am trying to do it. |
