When starting a chat, it would be nice to make the user enter his question to the support-staff, except for his name and email, so that the first thing that the chat staff sees when connecting, is the question?
I'm not sure this is possible, since the chat starts before a staff member joins the chat. But it would be practical, and a better service to the customer.
Also if noone answers the chat, it would automatically put this question in the form for posting a new ticket, so you don't have to enter it again.
I've seen this in some other support systems, not sure how, and now i bought supportsuite, so i'll have to mod it to fit my needs!
