Hi

i am looking for a new addon for support rating, would be great if someone can comment and rate a ticket or a live chat, any addon available for this?

Not yet but a survey is planned for V4 and Softair was in the middle of creating this feature but they've disappeared mainly cause their employees have left and started a new company only leaving JC and one other person.

Yes, this is correct - it happened a few weeks ago. I do not know what the new company is, however.
