SupportDesk BlackBerry client for eSupport and SupportSuite development started - 27-03-2009, 05:00 PM

This is a heads up to inform you that we started development of SupportDesk for BlackBerry.

I can not give an ETA yet so please don't ask when it is ready, we will inform you through the forum like we do with our iPhone client.

We will follow the same strategy as with the iPhone client so the first release will be very basic.

We will at least support BlackBerry OS 4.6 and upwards.

When you have suggestions or believe we should develop for OS 4.5 as well please let us know through mobile [dot] support [at] it2be [dot] com.
Don't forget to mention that it is about the BlackBerry client.

I still think it was a good idea to post it just so he knows.

Yes, I will proceed with the blackberry client.
I think it is a useful addition to what we have planned.

craigbrass: thank you for the heads up!

Well, I do think that any Blackberry development should have 4.5 support at least. Bold market share (worldwide speaking) isn't greater than Curve/Pearl devices.

When the Storm works with 4.5 or upwards then the answer is yes.
