just to confirm, if i do set this up, this could potentially mean the following: user1 clicks on ticket-123 it displays the pad lock if user2 clicks on ticket-123 it will display the "greyed out textarea" right? What will happen if user1 refreshes their page for some reason? It will display that user2 is viewing the ticket? That could mess things up right? |

ok after testing what was suggested to make the postreply field readonly, it works.. but it has set the post reply field to ALWAYS readonly, i only want it to be readonly if deemed that someone else is looking at the ticket (locked out) |
