Hi, I have been working on and a pay-per-ticket system for esupport. It is completely integrated with esupport and all the client screens use the Smarty Template system in esupport. You can create/manage packages of ticket from the esupport admin section as well as mange user accounts and orders. Currently the only gateway system supported for billing is bluepay but we will be adding more shortly. The client side is complete at this point, and 60% of the admin section is done. I expect to finish the rest of the admin section next week and start on adding some more payment gateways following that. With the next build of esupport we will be offering a beta copy to anyone who is interested in testing it. More information on the beta and on pricing will be announced late next week. I am currently working on modularizing the payment system a little more and adding support for the protx gateway and other gateways will be coming also. I expect to have a beta ready next week with pricing etc to be announced then. |

What would make eSupport the best Support Desk out their if it came with it's own sign up scirpt! For example if you want to sell T-Shirt or webhosting clients make one account with esupport for everything. |

This will be out in the next few days. I have added support for Authorize.Net and will be trying to get support for the Protx gateway in before the release if at all possible.. It will initially be released on a 30 day free trial period, so I can work out any issues and add features that you all want before it goes on sale. My apologizes for the delays. |
