This addon looks very promising. I also would like to know when it will be released and the cost of it as one of my other sites that has eSupport would benefit from using it.

I think it has become clear this module is no longer in development - I would presume this until the author says different

You could look into manually billing customers for submitting a ticket to a certain department. You can validate that they are allowed by giving each customer a "token" that they must enter so the ticket is accepted (as a custom field, validated by a regular expression).

Great idea. I am probably going to develop/create my own billing engine but I thought I would ask so that I don't duplicate efforts.
