viewticket template and login

When a user clicks on the view ticket link in emails, it then takes them to the helpdesk and displays an error that they need to login to view the ticket. My problem is that I do not display login forms for the helpdesk (i took them out of the template). But i would like to to add it to whatever error page states the user needs to login. I figured it was the viewticket template, but that didtn seem to make a difference. Any idea what template displays that error?

The login box is listed on the left or right of the page depending on your setup.
