Hi, I've been testing out the integration with WHMCS and was wondering if anyone has come up with a mod rewite rule they are willing to share that will prevent clients from accessing the client side of SupportSuite and re-direct them to the WHMCS frontend or relevant page. For example, if they attempt to access /support/index.php* it takes them to the WHMCS install index. Or to be a little more enhanced if they try to access anything with 'index.php_m=knowledgebase' in the URL for example it takes them to the WHMCS KB which would show the Kayako integrated KB and so on. I would recommend the "extended redirection" rule from the Apache mod_rewrite guide, except it's 302 and I think you should use 301 instead. Alternately, you could use "from old to new (internal)". I've had anoter crack at doing this with mod-rewrite but still no joy. I think just adding a re-direct in the header that is called when not accessed via WHMCS is probably the quickest solution. UK cPanel/WHM hosting accounts http://ukwebsolutionsdirect.co.uk |
