Hello, We'll i've done quite a bit of searching on the forum and it's obvious that there isn't any direct support for WYSIWYG. But does anyone know of a smart alternative that would still get the job done? i need to be able to color text and make it bold within the tickets. and it would be wonderful if the incoming emails that had WYSIWYG where supported when the tickets are created. any ideas would be appreciated :-) --paul |
