After you hit the send button when creating a new ticket, the HTML contents is not stored in HTML still. Do you know what I mean?

This is how it looks when I go back to view the ticket I just created. This is what is useless. Also, when you log into the support centre to check the ticket it is also stored like this making it unreadable for the client as well. How can I fix this if possible?
