Just finished integrating esupport into my site and what a bear. Comments welcomed.

Looks like you did a great job! I decided not to totally integrate mine into the sites design. While i'd like to its already live and taking too much to get it all perfect. Thankfully I like their default design they ship out as. Again, nice job.

just FYI.
once into the Support area.. the navigation on the top ("About", "Services" and "Contacts") doesn't work anymore.

How did you add the extra icons by the way?

I want to add a tutorials section integrated in to our support system and i've had no luck huntong down the method so far!

Was it hard? I mean sure you have to insert the [taggs] where they go, but if you had to do it again would it take you less time? Also what files did you edit?

Hard, not really just time consuming.
Definitely less time since I now know my way around.
Widgets was the only file edited, the rest was done in the templates.

It depends on what you need to do, the header and footer are a given but I had to edit each nav and the main template for each section....
