I am using this live response app on my computer and it works fine from Customer Support - Powered By Kayako SupportSuite (Live Support ONLINE when I have the live response app running and people can chat to me) How do I get this button onto our homepage? I went to Tools > Add HTML Button but the code it gave me a single javascript tag, is this enough? How do I apply a set of custom button images to it? Is there more code required than just this: <!-- Begin SupportSuite Javascript Code --> <script language="javascript" src="http://keystonelearning.helpserve.com/visitor/index.php?_m=livesupport&_a=htmlcode&departmentid= 0"></script> <!-- End SupportSuite Javascript Code --> ![]() Because that is all it gave me. |
