| Add new support ticket button -

Hi,
I hired some developers to integrated the kayako support ticket system with our WHMCS.
I would like to add a log a new support ticket option to the ticket list page, so uders don't have to go back to the home page to log new tickets.
The developers can add it to the WHMCS ticket solution but they are struggling to add it to the kayako interface.
Sorry if this is very vauge but this is the problem
