Changing the background color of live support (chat started)

Hi all,

I'm trying to change the background color of live support window. By adding css to the body tag in the chathtmlheader template, I've managed to change most background color except the one for chat started frame which remains white (I've attached the screenshots).

I've tried changing/adding the color on the body, table, td, div tag in chatstartedcontentframe template, still no luck though.

Any input where do I put the color code for this frame?

I would like an answer to this as well. I tried asking Kayako numerous times but in vain.

I see, well I guess I'm just gonna try to make the page looks good in white then.

You most likely can add this style to your clientcss template under the Default Template General ClientCSS And you can make the frame what ever color you wish.

frame {
background-color:#ebf5f7;
}
