H mblendinger, I am afraid this is not possible with the current version of SupportSuite or LiveResponse without some custom modifications. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Well this is possible if you use different template groups for each of your departments. It would be simply for kayako to implement in future releases, I think in the staff section, with the tool used to create the different codes (text and image) the image button must have another fields when we can upload/choose the images for ONLINE/OFFLINE/AWAY/ETC, so we can create different codes with different images for each department (or different website sections). |

Yes I meant the online/offline images. All you need to do is create a new template group, assign the department to that template group edit the chatimage template of the newly create group voila you should have a different chat icon for this department.
