A few links at the top of Breadcrumbs

in Kayako just above the breadcrumbs I want to put a few links
what files should I touch?

Look in Admin CP -> Templates -> Manage Templates -> General -> header.

Just after "<table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="3"" should do the trick.

Besides the hint Craig gave, look for "<{$navigation}>" in the header template.
