I'm trying to customize the header in my hosted version of eSupport. I for example replaced the product.gif with my logo URL. But no changes appear, even with an F5 reload. Heck I can delete half the header template, save it, and it still displays as normal. Is there some method to rebuilding the template cache or something? Thanks ![]() Edit: Sorry, found answer Clearing Cache on the Hosted Platform I'd delete this but you don't allow user deletions apparently. Sorry! |

You need to rebuild the software cache.
