I have attached two email formats. 1) mine.gif - This is from my trial site, and this is the email that goes to the user when they submit a new ticket 2) others.gif - This is from some other sites they are using eSupport, and this is their format. How can I configure my system to send emails like No 2) format? Thank you |

The email you see for "others.gif" is the email format used for HTML emails in v2 version of Kayako.
