How to move ticketdetails in email_staffreply? - 06-05-2008, 03:19 PM

Hi!

I would like to put ticketdetails in the top of the email_staffreply template. But when I send a reply with my staff account, after rebuild cache off course, there is always a blank page. The reply is stored in the database but the mail is not send.

And when I return to the original setting, the mail all works normally.

Where is the problem? Do you know the tip to use it? What I have done wrong?
