How are pages made up? - 25-09-2008, 04:54 PM

Hi,

I am currenlty re skining my kayako and I want to understand how a page is made up.

I know that a page is made up from different templates for example the client login uses header, navbar and footer templates but is there a page/template that brings these in?

Have i got it all wrong?

Cheers Alby

There is no specific page as such. Each page is made up of various templates. You need to edit each of these templates to customize the look of the page.

So there is no way to control what’s brought in on each page?

For example:
What if I wanted to make a second footer that is used on only a few pages?

Also are tables opened in the header closed in the footer?

You will have to edit the source code to add this feature.
