When there's a VERY LONG line (like a long URL) in the ticket reply, the ViewTicket screen extends much beyond the right screen edge. How can I prevent this from happening? Here's my analysis as of now The template for ViewTicket is located at Kayako Admin >> Template >> Manage Templates >> Tickets >> viewticket. In viewticket template, search for the line with code "$post[contents]". This is what gets displayed in "ViewTicket" screen on customer's side. Now, how to implement a WordWrap function for the contents of "$post[contents]"? I tried the examples from the following two links for Smarty templates, but it didn't work.... Smarty Get Smarty with PHP Templates Please help me to implement WordWrap for "$post[contents]", and that's all I need. Thanks in advance for the help. |
