Hi, We are planning to move to Support Suite for Customer Support team. We are facing one big challenge that this product does not have a sophisticated HTML editor (or email editor where I can format my email). I want to know, how difficult it will be to integrate (for replying the ticket and for other stuff). Have somebody already used one, if yes would like to know about the experience. I would also like to know if there is something available as the 'default' editor is less than pathetic. Can an external editor be used? |
