Hi All! I've searched for how to do this but cannot find anything that would resolve my issue. I have modified the templates so the design of the client side is integrated with our website and that works great. However, to do this I modified the body section of the "clientcss" template. The live chat window also appears to inherit this which I do not want it to do. I can see in the CSS tag of the live chat window that it is looking for "chatcss" but I cannot see this template anywhere! Many thanks, Paul |

Open Live Support -> chathtmlheader and set the stylesheet URL to something else.
