I tried searching but it seems I was using the wrong search terms... First, I would need to know if this is allowed to do, which I would assume so as it would give another avenue for our customers the ability to find communication a little easier and faster. To the point: I would like the livesupport "online" (away, back soon, offline) visual icon to appear in another spot on my companies site, rather than just on the supportsuite area. It would still appear in the helpdesk area, but I would like it to appear in more than one spot. Is this possible, and if so what code do I use? Thanks in advance for any help! - tmony |

Staff CP -> Live Support -> Tag Generator -> HTML is what you are looking for I think.
