my site header in kayako?

I need to put my site header in it I know I should modify the header template but do not know exactly where to put the code any body knows where?

Well in that case you will have to look into the code more carefully. Kayako uses tables so all you need to do is fit your menu correctly into tables. Look for product.gif which is right at the top of the header. It should be a good place to start from.
