Open Tickets in Client Index View - 13-06-2008, 06:22 PM

I want to be able to display open tickets in the client index view.

We have clients that login and submit a ticket without checking for open tickets. This results in many duplicates.

Since there ticket sorting on the client side is poor, we need an easier way to show open tickets.

Even if I cannot show the open tickets at least an icon or alert to say ...

HEY you have an open ticket ---

would be very useful.

If anyone has tips on how to implement this it will be highly appreciated.

I can offer a $100 reward (cash or amazon gift certificate) to the person with the solution.
