Hello everyone! I am just wondering if I can get some opinions on how to increase the usability of our eSupport integration. It took no time at all for me to do this, but in order to make it an excellent resource for our customers then it should be very easy to find and do things. Any suggestions? This is plainly template based customization and does not really involve any PHP knowledge. Basic idea of PHP can help you work around much faster. All looks very very cluttered... More white space would make it more usable. Company Director United Communications Limited www.unitedhosting.co.uk | www.unitedhosting.com |

Hi John, I do like your integration here - fits in well with the rest of your site. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Well you just need to design a table that you like, which will go around the outside of your entire support suite, Then paste the first section of that code upto <td> into your header template. Then paste the last section of that table code from </td> into the footer template. Company Director United Communications Limited www.unitedhosting.co.uk | www.unitedhosting.com |

In the GENERAL template, header and footer files yes. I dont think the staff/admin templates are controlled from the admin area, so wherever you see header/footer would be the client area yes. Company Director United Communications Limited www.unitedhosting.co.uk | www.unitedhosting.com |

I would recommend searching the forum for help or posting a thread. This thread was to show off our integration, I dont really have time to help im afraid... sorry. One thing though, edit your templates from the admin control panel. Company Director United Communications Limited www.unitedhosting.co.uk | www.unitedhosting.com |
