I'm wondering if anyone knows how to space out the ticket replies between staff and clients on the end-user side. With the default design, when there are A LOT of replies it starts to get confusing because everything is clumped together with no real spacing. I have attached an image with what I mean (left side) and what I would like to do (right side). If anyone has any suggestions on how to make this work, I would be very thankful!  |
