Is it possible to have only the submit ticket form added to a PHP page?

Yeah I've already done that, which seems sort of redundant. I want to be able to use the existing functionality instead of re-inventing the wheel.

It seems like Kayako forces us to use their design, etc. There is no modularity to the front-end at all...

The API that will feature in V4 should allow this.
